Out-of-the-box it appears to be well-made, and a good value. 10 X 12, 1" thick, HDPE III+ plates were a tight squeeze. It took a while to work them in. Nice features. Velcro pouch behind morale patch loop material. Another document pouch in the placard. I have a 2nd placard to set up my CZ mag pouch. I like the drag handle; as it secures close to the carrier until needed. I just needed a casual jacket for the Catalina Wine Mixer, and this fit the bill.
