These are warm enough but order a size a 2 larger! At 5'9", 200 lbs, 32-34 waist you would think large would fit. After wearing for several hours, the "elastic" top is so tight it makes your ribs sore. The top also comes all the way up to nip level, I guess for core(?)warmth.
