Great snowshoes. My second pair of Tubbs ALP’s. These things are the bomb for mountain climbing. I do a lot of winter climbing in the White Mountains of NH. Everyone has their favorite brand—TUBBS, MSR, TSL for various nuanced reasons. They all function about the same, quite well. The traction and flexible feel of the Tubbs are what set them apart for me. Plus these are rugged and really take a beating. I put them through the wringer in shoulder season when crunching on shallow or exposed rocks are the norm. These hold up really well at a good price.
