Lyman turbo 6000 - Lyman Turbo Sonic 6000 Ultrasonic Case Cleaners

I bought this unit so I could clean fired brass before they were resized. This way they would be more uniform, keep my dies cleaner, and avoid scratched cases from residues. After sonic cleaning, and resizing they go into a Frankford tumbler, and come out like new! After about a dozen uses (a year and a few months) the basket began to crack. I repaired with Acraglas numerous times, finally the lifting handles broke, so I called Lyman, spoke with a pleasant gentleman named AL. He said the warranty is one year from date of purchase, but he could sell a new basket for $35.00 ( I don't know what the shipping cost is because I declined.) After spending $350.00 on the unit, I'm disappointed the basket needs replacing after a dozen uses, which for me is ever other year.
