Major issues with this scope - U.S. Optics B-10 1.8-10x42mm Rifle Scope

I bought a US Optics B10 in November of 2017 from Optics Planet. I had multiple problems with tracking, returning to zero, and staying zeroed. I was patient, and called customer service multiple times to try to work through the problems. I sent the scope back the first time and they did nothing to it other than put it on their recoil machine, and send it back saying there was nothing wrong with it. After sending it back to US Optics 3 times, and them telling me that it was operating within their specs, I decided to pursue getting a refund.
Optics Planet cooperated with the refund at the request of US Optics, and I appreciate them for that, but US Optics did not offer to reimburse me for the multiple trips to the range, and hundreds of rounds of ammo wasted trying to work out what ended up being an admitted design flaw that they were trying to work out. STAY AWAY FROM US OPTICS!!!
