Includes free rust! - U.S. Spec Military Style Jerry Fuel Can

I thought this was a good deal and purchased 4 of these along with 2 nozzles to make using them easier. They looked ok and arrived in good shape, upon closer inspection I took a flashlight and looked inside and much to my dismay the vent tube inside was covered with rust., not on just one but all four. The description says painted inside but but I would estimate only about 1/3 to 1/2 of the interior was painted and no paint on the interior vent tubeFuel needs to be clean and stay clean w/ no particulate matter at all, so all four were returned w/ the nozzles. Bought some stainless steel tanks w/ no rust instead.
