Disappointing - Ulfhednar Range Bag

Bought this for my husband for Christmas and one of the clasps for the shoulder strap is already broken. He has probably used it 10 times total since he got it 3 months ago. Really disappointing for how expensive the bag is. The material of the bag is sturdy, so it's unfortunate that the hardware wasn't as well made.
