And it does it pretty nicely too. The pistol does fit in this holster. The Uncle Mike's recommendation guide for this pistol doesn't work if you have the Generation 2 pistol. What the changes are exactly, I don't know. I do know I tried the Blackhawk Sherpa which I've had good luck with my other pistols. Didn't fit this one hardly at all -- fell out twice when I said 'enough!' Get the larger concealed holster for 5 inch barrels, not the smaller one. This Uncle Mike's holster does work and presentation is tolerably quick. Reholstering is a hassle and will get you 'now-now-ed!' at Gunsite because I often have to look down at the holster to get the pistol properly completely in and the strap snapped. That is the sole reason I give it four stars it's a little awkward reholstering. All other factors are excellent: design, workmanship, availability for a pistol which seems to have nothing available to fit it(!)I'm using it now as this pistol is my carry gun -- I like 20 and 30 round magazines...oh the horror of large capacity magazines. (I love them though.) I recommend this holster if you're looking for a holster for a unique pistol I call the Unicorn's Horn.
