Great product, horrible customer service! - Uncle Mike's Law Enforcement Collapsible Baton Cases, Black or OD Green, 7702500, 7702501

I ordered this item from the website (which showed the item as being in-stock at that time). I was then notified that it was out-of-stock and on back order. Every time I contacted customer service I was given a later date each time on when the item was expected to be back in stock. I even received two emails on the same date which totally contradicted one another. Customer service emails were very generic and rarely ever actually answered the question I had asked. When I received the product, a few months after placing the order, it was great. Too bad the customer service was so bad - they probably lost a long-time customer.
Pros: Product as advertised
Cons: Customer service was a joke
