Some features i like, many i don't - Uncle Mike's Cross-Harness Horizontal Shoulder Holster

I have worn different model Uncle Mikes shoulder rig for many years with 1911 style semi - autos. The only problem I have had with my existing rig was that the straps were too narrow to be comfortably worn for 6 to 10 hours.

This model corrects that problem, but has so may adjustments that I have spent literally 2 hours to date and still do not have it properly adjusted.
Another problem I am having is that the retention snaps (belt loop and weapon) are so tight that they are hard to open and close. This should get better over time, but not really user friendly "out of the box.
Pros: wide straps, good weapon fit in the holster
Cons: A pain to adjust all the straps, adjustment buckles can "cut" into the skin
