The inserts hold items firmly in place. They also have a low profile and fold flat when you are storing the Unity Tactical Clutch Belt. However, the seam in the double magazine insert is already coming apart after only two days of use. I had to re-sew it to prevent it from unraveling. I would have thought it would have been more durable given the price.
