Sunny's Review of Unity Tactical Optics Riser Platform
I used it with the Eotech exps3 and it works well with it. i subsequently have unity magnifier adapter and it brings the whole setup in alignment. I don't really like that you have to buy a proprietary quick de attachment screw from them for this... which seems like a nickle/dime issue to me and is pretty unprofessional. I guess the saving grace is that Eotech exps has a built in quick de-attach to it. If you have the eotech EXPS... then you need the absolute riser.
Pros:
- works with EXPS3
- works with unity magnifier attachment
Cons:
- does not come with QD lever mount
- does not work with XPS3
- QD lever is proprietary
Best Used for:
- brings the sights up to eye level allowing for heads up aiming
