Awesome toy!!! Mounted the thermal scope on a LWRC Tricon M6 (223). Really like the control knobs which function similar to a traditional scope. Easy to use the knobs in the DARK which is the purpose of the scope. The thermal sight was easy to sight in in broad daylight. Used a black circle target at 25yds - the black circle absorbed the "heat" and stood out like a sore thumb. One inch low at 25yds gives you a zero at 100yds. IR defense has a reputation for standing behind their product (100% USA made), which is a huge factor when buying one of these expensive thermal scopes. Was able to see a raccoon in the top of a tree at 200 yds at night. We have cows on our property and could see them plain as day with very high detail. The contrast on this scope is amazing - can actually see the bark on trees. The thermal scope also allows you to see in brushy areas (can't do this with a night scope). Would recommend this scope - I did a lot of hands on comparisons and research before selecting/buying this one and am happy with my choice.
