This is a great, affordable replacement for the standard AK grip. It places the hand in the perfect position for weapon control. The slight palm swell in the rear helps to counterbalance the front-biased weight of the AK platform. As stated in the literature, the grip moves the hand up close to the receiver for better integration with the gun.
