Terrific lighter! - UST Floating Butane Lighter

I keep one of these in my bailout/survival pack. They are waterproof and windproof. I have used them in Alaska, from mountain goat hunts to shoreside survival scenarios. Keep them close to your body in sub-zero temperature environments as they are butane (sometimes nothing can beat a match!) When you need fire, you don't want the source to be your failure point.
