The kit comes with almost everything you need to install the hand guard. When installing the barrel nut I was having some issue getting a gas tube slot to line up when torqued. The kit comes with shims, but no combination of shims would get me anywhere close. I don't entirely fault the manufacturer because my upper could be different from another (PSA upper) after purchasing a builders shim kit. Lined everything up, torqued down, she's ready to rock. Now I'm just waiting on some other parts and my supressor before I loctite everything together.
Pros:
- Good price, solid build, nice finish, made in the USA
Cons:
- Insufficient shim kit for barrel nut.
