Kyle Mayo's Review of V Seven Titanium 57/90 Degree Selector

Bought this to put on a lower I wanted to go all out on with titanium parts just for fun. I've been pretty happy with all the V Seven parts I have tried until this. Pro is it is light. 11 grams for a ambidextrous safety is less than the one sided safety I had on the gun (15 grams). The problem is the shape of the step cuts they make in it kind of gives it a bit of an edge that doesn't feel that great on the thumb. I use the Radian Arms selectors on most my ARs and will probably just stick with them from now on. They are $30 cheaper, feel better, and after trying both I like the 45 degree throw more that the 57. I do think they are around 22 grams but unless you are just trying to build the lightest gun for the scale you won't notice.
Pros:
  • light weight
Cons:
  • sharp edge
  • expenisive
