The way the pad is designed, makes this the best stock you can get. Rotate it to one position and it shoulders over a plate carrier perfectly, no slipping or sliding. Not wearing a vest, plates, etc? No problem. Just rotate it to a different position and now you have a steady but quick stock for any other type of shooting you can do. The quality is amazing and can take plenty of abuse without missing a beat. I'm slowly converting all of stocks to this one
