3.0 stars. good but not excellent - Vaultek Safe SL20i Slider Biometric Bluetooth Pistol Vault

i have had this safe for 2 weeks. the only reason i chose this over the standard sl20 is the fingerprint reader. this option is also my main let down. i would not trust my life to this finger print reader. it is sketchy at best. maybe 1 out of 4-5 tries will actually work. sometimes you have to press your finger on the pad for several seconds before it will even attempt to read.
the build quality is great and the key pad is very good. when mounting you will need to give it quite a good bit of forward angle to have the tray actually "slide" open. much more angle than i expected, this took 3 tries to get repeatable results.a full size sig p320 will fit easily. i could not find a definite answer on this before i purchased, FYI.
