Filled with premium butane, does not light at all. The spark only works half the time. No way to check butane level. It seems like the fill nozzle does not seal closed when filled. Tried the range between + and - settings. Even tried an external flame while holding the button down with the 4 flame nozzles next to the external open flame. I have 3 different brands of "cigar" lighters, and this is the only one that doesn't work.
