Save your $ - Vertx Breacher Glove

I bought these gloves and worked in them for 2 days. I was splitting wood for 5 hours each day so a total of 10 hours of work happened with these gloves. The stiching came apart on almost every finger on the right glove (I'm right handed) and the palm area had holes rubbed into it. The worst part for me was writing an email to customer service to see if maybe I had recieved a bad pair since other reviews looked great. I waited for about two weeks but they never responded. The gloves look good and feel good, which is great, but if I cant split wood without them falling apart, I don't think that I would have trusted them on a deployment. I suggest oakley gloves as I wore the same pair for my entire deployment with regular wear that still allowed me to use them after the deployment. They cost about the same (cheaper in some cases) and last for far longer than 10 hours.
