Good pant with just one flaw - Vertx Delta Stretch 2.1 Pants - Men's

I now have 4 pants, two black and two tobacco(36/32). The pockets are great, I can store my iPhone in the mag pocket. The pockets are well thought out. My only issue is they run short or shrink. Not sure, they have always been washed and dried on Gentle mode in HE washer and I wear them for a week before they are dirty. The black versions are now about 1 inch shorter after about 10 washes (one year of use). The tobacco ones have lost about half inch (6 months of use). I can pull them to get the length back on the tobacco color. The black version are now light black, they have faded quite a bit, this expected for black pants.
