The Universal Mount Adaptor is very useful when you need steady record.
The 1/4-20 thread compatible with most popular photographic mount, include tripods.
It very steady after you installed, you don't need worry it will somehow release or come adrift. But you can not easy release it when you want change another adaptor quickly.
I think Contour should find a better way for it.
Pros: The 1/4-20 thread compatible with most photographic mount
Cons: Too tight for quick release
