BC's Review of Victorinox 8in Forged Chef Knife 7-7403-20G
Everyone's hand is of course different, but this knife fits mine like an extension of my fingers. Perfect balance, easy to sharpen, easy to care for but don't you dare put it in the dishwasher!! It is clear that a lot of thought went into the design of this knife, and that great care was taken in manufacture. You could spend easily spend more money, and not get something better...
