Great quality cutlery - Victorinox Field Dressing Knives Kit

I have only owned this set for a month but I used the 6" boning knife to clean up the meat from one deer for slicing and making jerky. I didn't need to sharpen for the entire effort which took me about 3-4 hours so I am very happy with the sharpness and ability to hold an edge. I would buy them again.
