Fits well with plenty of adjustability. I ran my first 5k run and gun with this set up. I had no problems. Even on the low crawl underneath obstacle. The mags sit very close to the body and don't more around any. My only complaint is the mag pouches are alittle snug. With all 4 mag in it can be a battle getting a pmag in and out.
