Company great -- product lacking - Viridian Sight for Glocks with Rails

As much as I liked both the product and the company, I couldn't keep the GLK working. Until failure, I bragged to everyone about how bright it was both inside and out. Viridian readily replaced it, even allowing me to upgrade to the X5L, but that also quit turning on. Both failures involved the failure to turn or, or after failing to turn off it would turn on briefly and then off on its own. Switch problems???

Viridian said my results were not common and agreed to a full refund.
Pros: Unbelievably bright, holds zero, company stands behind product
Cons: Didn't hold up, and GLK not sealed agains the elements like X5L.
