Disappointed - Viridian X5L-R Red Laser ECR Weapon Sight w/ TacLoc Holster

I really love the system , I love the set up with the holster but it just doesn't seem to work . I saw some things online that warned me there might be some bugs so I contacted viridian before I made the purchase and they told me that they worked out the bugs with the gen 2 & new x5l-r so I took a shot . not sure if I just got a bad unit or if the problem still persists , after 2 weeks it stopped functioning properly , wouldn't activate when I push the button , it would take multiple pushes , wouldnt shut off when inserted into the holster , started strobing sporadically , wouldn't let me cycle through the different modes .... It was just outta wack so I returned it in exchange for another one . I'm going to give it one more shot and see how it works .
Pros: great setup and tandem
Cons: doesn't seem to work
