Product came in within my 3 day shipping. Laser installation was super easy but I think the star screws rounded out so I might have a lil issue when I change the batteries. And no I didn't over tighten them, I might have not had the tool full inserted. Laser comes on and off with the holster like its supposed to. But he holster doesn't hold its shape at all but it's free so.... the screws are my only real complaint.
