Not simple - Vism Ambidextrous Modular Molle Holster

I'm probably writing this review prematurely as I haven't used it yet but only because it has issues I have yet to resolve. After disassembling it in hopes of converting it to LH, I was staring at a pile of straps and cords that didn't make a whole lot of sense. The PALS webbing is all over the place, anywhere from 1" spacing to 1-3/8" but always shy of the 1-1/2". The MOLLE straps are thick and cannot be weaved back through the holster since half of them are already inside the webbing so I don't see how you properly attach this to a panel. My full size pistol sits too deep in the holster and I haven't yet figured out how to make it sit high enough to where you can actually get a hand on it. The eyelets for customizing the fit don't actually offer much in the way of customization, another row closer to the barrel would have been nice. None of the three retention methods provided actually attach where you would like them to because of the MOLLE straps being in the way.
