I’d recommend this handguard to just about anyone for casual use (range, Home Defense) because the rail moves back and forth about 2mm when pulled to the rear on my Colt LE6920. Just enough to throw off laser and forward mounted optics(which I haven’t mounted because of the movement of the handguard). Would I buy this rail again? YES! It’s looks great, has the functionality of rails twice it’s price and a great handguard to get you in the AR15 accessory door. Overall I’m happy with the rail for my intended use(Range, HD) but it could be better only in one way which is VISM would provide a solid rail that didn’t move.
Pros:
- unbeatable price for quality
- Looks really cool!
- 8 sided M-LOK capability for freedom to mount whatever you want wherever you want
- Highly recommend for a first rail
- Come with two solid mounting picatinny rails one short one long
- would buy again
Cons:
- Slight rearward movement when pulled on
- Can not be used reliably for work that requires a rifle ie Law Enforcement
Best Used for:
- Range
- Home Defense
- Ranch Use
- wildernes walkout
