Nice fit, plates fit inside good. the more you wear it the better the fit. It fits better and forms to your body. I use soft plates although hard plates will fit, the soft plates makes the vest more unnoticeable. I van wear a polo or light jacket over it and can hardly notice that I have on a carrier.
