Defective finish - VISM M-LOK Handguard, for AR-15/M4

The item is ok, but on the heavy side. The one I got has a chip near the edge in the front that cracks the finish. There are some marks made by a black marker in different spots as if to hide imperfections. It's not the most expensive hndguard out there by any means but its also not at $15 one on eBay so I expected better quality control.
