Light plates - VISM 2964 Series Quick Release Plate Carrier w/ Two Ballistic Plates

I've used these at work a few times. I was surprised how comfortable they are. While most of my co-workers were dragging from their steel plates, I was in relative comfort. I ended up swapping out the carrier with a simple condor unit for easier use.
