fast shipping as always from optics planet........now the carrier..........i am 5 ft 10 an weigh 170 tightens up and fits perfect as for the ballistic plates they were made 2/20 and have a 5 year life span........as far as stopping rifle rounds i will be asking for volunteer's.......until then i do recommend this item..........
