Works great outdoors comes on automatically. Indoors or at night press one button and the red dot battery power comes on. 1 AA battery is all it takes do no hard to find battery. Complete co-witness with magpul flip up sights is a big bonus! Great build and quality red dot. Lense is clear as can be no fogging up ot anything. Was a great last mod for my 300 AAC build. Large lense is a bonus to look through with no glare. Im very very happy with this way better than my TruGlow red dot.
