Nancy's Review of Vltor Modular Upper Receiver
The Vltor MUR AR15 UPPER Receiver is a quality product that did not require honing of the receiver face, although shimming of the barrel extension on BSF carbon fiber barrel was required. Fitment to a standard lower required minimum fitment modifcation.
Pros:
- increased potential rigidity for accuracy
Cons:
- Slightly heavier due to increased structure
