Robert's Review of Vltor QDM-14: M1S/M14 Railed Sling Mount

Installation was easy, this is a well made product that fits exactly as designed. Total installation time was less than 30 minutes, starting with reading the instructions; then, field stripping the rifle, removing the OEM sling attachment, installing the QDM-14, and finally reassembling the weapon. Probably the most difficult part was removing the trigger group, after that it was a breeze.
The QDM-14 will allow me to mount a bipod, and possibly an angled forward grip.
