This is a GREAT bipod if you're looking for a minimalist system without a lot of un-needed components attached to it. Each leg attaches to the side rail of your firearm & folds away when not in use. Depending on the weapon that it is attached to, like the SCAR, one or both legs may interfere with the charging handle, etc. when folded back but no problem whatsoever when folded forward parallel with the barrel & muzzle.
This thing is tight, especially when attempting to extend the legs, but will probably become easier once it's used and "broken in".
If you prefer "less is better", then this bipod is for you...
