If a product looks and feels good, chances are your going to buy it. How well the company supports their product with response to questions or issues is going to determine whether you buy it again or recommend others do. Volquartsen makes great products and having had to deal with an issue after installing a barrel I was frankly blown away by how quickly they responded and the lengths they went to in correcting the issue as quickly as possible with as little interruption to me as humanly possible. The problem was with the firearm and not their barrel. They didn't point fingers at the firearm manufacturer, they just fixed the problem. I have several Volquartsen products now, and I certainly will be purchasing more.
