10/22 trigger improved - Volquartsen Firearms HP Action Kit for Ruger 10/22 and 22LR

The trigger kit provided was very high quality when I examined all the components. Fit and finish of the parts were very good. Assemble instructions probably willnt be good for a novice. Hardest part of assemble was installing the nylon bolt stop which I drifted in. Here’s the results that I experienced. The trigger pull was definitely lighted up. There is a fair amount of grainy take up. Grainy feel, some of it, comes from the trigger plunger and spring. This is followed by a very light wall then a slight amount of creep. Finally the trigger breaks. The resulting shot groups are better than what the stock heavy trigger produces. I wasn’t expecting a $125~ to have such a grainy take up and so much creep but at least the results of the install improved my shooting. The stock strigger was so heavy that I would occasionally pull shots down and right as a heavy trigger would show.
