This model gave my straight hand style stock a good cheek weld for sighting with my eotech red dot on my single shot NEF. However the thin stock on this little switchbarrel caused two of the straps to be unusable. A little ingenuity and some sewing skills allowed me to move the straps and rings higher on the pad and now it fits snugly on the stock. The fact that it is ambidextrious works out great for me since the folks using this rifle are both left and right eye dominant. The ammo carrier rides on either side and holds my .44 Rem Mag cartridges wonderfully. Perfect addition to this hunting rig.
