Chest rig voodoo tactical - Voodoo Tactical Chest Rigs

Was exactly what I was looking for in a scout lite weight set up all included. You don't have to spend money on additional pouches as they have plenty of variety pouches for all your needs. The only downside is the integrated pouches are not removable to allow for changing the set up or removing unneeded pouches.
