High quality optics at bargain pricing - Vortex Diamondback 10x42mm Roof Prism Binocular

I have been a vortex fan ever since I went to the big Cabellas in West Virginia and the guy at the counter who was helping me (worked in optics for 20 plus years even a saleman for Nikon at one point) told me to check out these binos. I had my hands on a pair that were almost $600- he suggested i take a look at these across the HUGE store. I could easily read the tag on a display rack that was on the upper level nearly 200 yards away. From that point on i then checked out the ranger 1800 rangefinder and found that it was amazingly accurate and had features that rangefinders 3times its cost had. Im a huge fan of Vortex as they continue to impress me with their ability to create such crystal clear and rock solid equipment without skyrocketing the price. Wish they had a thermal, bc i would be the first to buy. If they do then someone let me know please.
