8ball - Vortex Diamondback 20-60x60 Spotting Scope

I was very disappointed in the my purchase. The Diamondback was to be an upgrade from my Bushnell 15-36X because it does not reliably show 308 holes beyond 200 yards. The Diamondback performed well in 20X at ranges of 100 yds or less; however, beyond 100 yds and when increasing magnification above 25X I experience a loss of clarity and struggle to see 308 holes beyond 200 yards. I imagine you could use it to spot elk and deer at extreme ranges but I would not count on being able to make the call of keeper or not based on what you see or in this case do not see.
Pros: It's OD green / black and light for the magnification
Cons: Loss of clarity beyond 100 yards
