Nice optic worthless mount - Vortex Micro 6X Red Dot Sight Magnifier

Just received this magnifier and the optic is nice but the Mount is so flimsy it won’t hold retical in place. Just opening and closing it causes it to lose center every time. Wouldn’t even waste my time shooting with it. Not just a little either. Half the time my retical disappears half off the magnifier. You can literally grab the magnifier and move it around with little effort and yes it properly and firmly mounted. Contacted vortex and no solution offered other than return it. Sad because the glass is really nice but cheap Mount makes it worthless. I own the 3x micro and have no problems with that one. Vortex told me new batch available in 6-8 months. Maybe they’ll have a better Mount but they wouldn’t say. You unfortunately missed the mark on this vortex. Save your time and money and don’t purchase this.
