The Optics Planet Mod offers great value for this scope. I Mounted the scope on a 20 MOA Leupold cross-slot Picatinny rail with Leupold 30mm med .99 BC rings. The clarity is good with sharp clear glass, eye relief is ample at nearly 4in. The length of the scope 14" and relief have the scope positioned forward placing the magnification ring over the rear of the rail. I was not able to install the throw lever due to the narrow space between the mag ring and rail. This was resolved using high rings over the medium I used. Tracking, clarity, turrets are all good. The turrets are uncovered, without zero stop or lock/release. The 44mm objective will provide additional light and mounted on the rail with the high 1.14" height rings provided >1cm of clearance for flip up caps. The Gray color is good. The white numbers are a bit difficult to see, they are fine and small. The Ocular housing and mag ring are nearly 4" long @ 1.7" 3/4 the diameter of the Objective end of the scope 2.0". The size and weight of the scope is on par with others in this class and I appreciate the additional durability tradeoff for its 23.1oz weight. EBR-2C Reticle is good. I do plan on hunting with this setup. The few ounces of additional weight are worth the robust durability of this scope over lighter weight offerings.
In the box it was packed well, you will find the manual, rubber lens covers (nice), Sunshade and lens cloth
