Bought this scope to put on a 300 win mag for a future elk hunt. Was able to compare this model side by side with Swarovski and Steiner, all three were crystal clear but I preferred the reticle on the Vortex. Combined with the $’s saved, it was an easy decision.
Pros:
  • Clear
  • Nice reticle
Cons:
  • Lube threads on the sunshade before installing
Best Used for:
  • Shooting things far away
