Good starter for kids - Vortex Raptor 6.5x32mm Binoculars R365

This was purchased as a starter binocular for a child. It has decent optics for that purpose and a good warranty in case of being dropped. The focus was smooth and resolution was adequate. These are not very good in reduced light and they have little magnification to offer. That helps get people that do not use binoculars to find the subject easily.
Pros: wide wiew, works for smaller interpupil distance, porro
Cons: not much magnification
