Great scope for the money to bad opticsplanet dropped the ball - Vortex Razor HD 5-20x50mm 35mm Tube First Focal Plane Rifle Scope

The razor is worth every penny! The issue was not with the scope but OpticsPlanet(OP) horrible Customer Service. I had an issue with the illuminator. OP said it was ok and the issue was with me not the scope and would not refund my money. When I got it back after paying for shipping to them and back. The illuminator still was an issue. OP told me to bad so sad and that I needed to deal with Vortex. Scope was less than 30 days old. Vortex took care of the issue no questions asked and made it worth my while. This is the last major purchase I will have with OP due to this problem. OP customer service is HORRIBLE to say the least.
Pros: Scope is great and is clear. Amazing clarity and nice features
Cons: Do not buy from opticsplanet. Horrible customer service. Look for another vendor!
